I encourage you to use this site and our other social media platforms to gain insight of what our sisterhood stands for and what Delta Gamma means to us. To our members, Delta Gamma is where we go for support, enrichment, and a place to call home. Our 200 unique members each chose to join this chapter for different reasons and all of them have brought their individual interests, strengths, and passions to our chapter. Our members are not only involved in Delta Gamma, but also a variety of organizations both on and off campus. This is what makes our chapter so full of well rounded, exceptional, and accomplished young women that are always exemplifying our motto to “Do Good” in all aspects of their lives. It amazes me how much of an impact one group of women can make on the community and one another. One cause in particular that brings us together as Delta Gammas is our philanthropy, Service for Sight. Every year we hold multiple events to raise money for Service for sight, which includes Anchor Slam, Desserts with DG, and Delta Gamburger. Each of these events gets the student body and the entire community involved in spreading awareness and raising money for the visually impaired. Together, we have made it a priority to give back to our community by completing an exceptional amount of service hours. These efforts allow our chapter to have fun while doing good. Delta Gamma has introduced me to lifelong friendships that have inspired, encouraged, supported, and pushed me to be the best version of myself. I am beyond excited and honored to have the opportunity to lead such an exceptional group of women. Witnessing the impact that this chapter has had on my sisters, and myself, has shown me the power of true sisterhood. I hope to have even a fraction of the impact on this chapter as it has had on me. I am so grateful and proud to call these extraordinary women not only my sisters, but my best friends.
